Kind people, I have an announcement!

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a post called Resolving the unresolvable: the difference between thinking and ruminating.

I reached out to anxiety expert Dr. Tamar Chansky for a quote on how to stop ruminating. What she came back with was so informative and useful that I wrote an additional post called Dr. Chansky's Rules for Ruminators.

Well, guess what?

We're doing a live Q&A tomorrow at 5pm EST and YOU'RE INVITED!

It will be our first Facebook Live for "How to Live." It might be a bit technically messy, but at least the content will be on point.

You already know me, so let me quickly introduce you to Dr. Chansky.

Everyone, please meet Dr. Chansky.

Yes, she's as amazing as she looks.

THE PROFESSIONAL DEETS:

SOME OF HER BOOKS, which are amazing and HIGHLY recommended.

Freeing Your Child from Anxiety- Tamar E. Chansky Ph.D.

Freeing Yourself from Anxiety: The 4-Step Plan to Overcome Worry and Create the Life You Want by Tamar E. Chansky Ph.D.

Freeing Your Child from Negative Thinking: Powerful, Practical Strategies to Build a Lifetime of Resilience, Flexibility, and Happiness by Tamar E. Chansky Ph.D.

THAT'S ALL, the regular newsletter will see you in the morning, and perhaps I'll see you online at 5pm.

Until then, I remain,

Amanda Stern
